Emergency responders were dispatched to Hilton’s home in Miami on Tuesday after multiple social media viewers called 911 to report a individual displaying acts of distress during a broadcast on TikTok.
According to statements from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, officers arrived at the scene and confirmed that Hilton was inside his home alone. His TikTok account was suspended shortly after the incident was reported.

In an official statement, the Sheriff’s Office explained why officers prioritized time and distance during the response:
