Dry January Recipes with InterContinental75

A twist on the classic French 75, the non-alcoholic InterContinental75, created in partnership with Seedlip and Fever-Tree to toast InterContinental Hotels & Resorts’ 75th Anniversary, features notes of bitter orange, ginger, lemongrass and honey-kissed apples topped with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic.

The non-alcoholic InterContinental75 is available at select InterContinental hotels and resorts, including InterContinental New York Barclay and InterContinental New York Times Square through April.

Non-Alcoholic InterContinental75 Recipe

 

  • 2 Ounces Seedlip Grove 42
  • 2 Ounces 100% Apple Juice
  • ¼ Ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ Ounce Honey Syrup (2 Parts Honey to 1 Part Water)
  • 3 Ounces Fever-Tree Indian Tonic

 

Add Seedlip Grove 42, apple juice, fresh lemon juice and honey syrup to cocktail shaker. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic. Garnish with an edible white flower.
