Carnegie Diner & Cafe Celebrates its 2nd Anniversary with Eyes on Expansion

Carnegie Diner & Cafe celebrated its two-year anniversary in the Times Square District at 828 8th Avenue with a delicious dinner, flair bartending from Shake Sip & Fire and more.Since opening its doors in 2023, this 5,500-square-foot diner has earned a loyal following for its modern take on the American diner experience, serving up all-day breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner in a stylish yet comfortable setting.

Founded by Executive Chef and Owner Stathis Antonakopoulos, Carnegie Diner & Cafe is known for its stacked pancakes, oversized burgers and sandwiches, ribeye steaks, over-the-top milkshakes, 24 Layer chocolate cake and bottomless Lavazza coffee. It was also the first diner in the U.S. to introduce a full plant-based menu, offering everything from Impossible Burgers to Vegan Souvlaki Platters.

As it marks this exciting milestone, the brand is looking ahead to its next chapter with the opening of a brand-new location next month at the corner of West 47th Street and 6th Avenue in Manhattan’s Diamond District. The new outpost will bring Carnegie’s signature comfort food, spacious booth seating, and warm hospitality to another bustling Midtown corner—further solidifying its place in the fabric of New York City dining.

Carnegie Diner & Cafe is open seven days a week from 7am to 1am and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. For menus and more, visit www.carnegiediner.com or follow @carnegiediner on social media.
